Biography
Vino Kingston is Enterprise Data & AI Transformation Leader at Lockheed Martin, with more than 30 years of experience across aerospace and defense, automotive and electric vehicle manufacturing, technology, energy, and the public sector. His work focuses on helping organizations turn enterprise data and AI into practical capabilities that improve decisions and strengthen operations. At Lockheed Martin, Vino leads transformation initiatives supporting Model-Based Enterprise and digital modernization priorities. He brings together data architecture, platforms, AI lifecycle governance, and decision automation to embed AI into core business workflows. His work includes integrating AI agents, retrieval frameworks, and shared knowledge systems to improve decision quality, operational predictability, and visibility into risk. Previously, Vino served as Lockheed Martin’s Head of Data Platform & Technologies and led data strategy, architecture, and analytics for its Missiles & Fire Control business. He also built Canoo’s enterprise data governance and management program and led data integration and analytics modernization across more than 20 departments at the City of Houston. Earlier roles at HP and Ford strengthened his experience in enterprise platforms, business intelligence, and customer data management. Vino began his career in instrumentation and control systems engineering, working with industrial automation, real-time systems, and process control. That foundation continues to shape his approach to enterprise transformation: connecting information, decisions, and action through systems that respond continuously to changing conditions. He advocates for shared knowledge foundations and governed AI capabilities that help organizations move beyond reporting toward more intelligent, coordinated operations.
