Before you apply

A few things
to know.

Clear expectations, from your application to your time at the summit.

Do I need “AI” in my job title?

No. We consider your responsibilities and the experience you bring. Leaders in technology, data, security, transformation, and business functions all have a role in the conversation.

Is attendance complimentary?

Some approved end users receive complimentary passes; others receive paid offers. Vendor VIP passes require purchase. Your approval email confirms the offer available to you and any participation requirements.

What happens after I submit?

We assess your application individually. If approved, we’ll email your pass details and a link to complete registration. Submitting the application does not complete registration.

Are Think Tank dinners included?

Think Tank dinners have their own topics, guest lists, and invitations. Summit approval does not automatically confirm a dinner place. Explore the Think Tank format and individual dinner details.

How do vendors participate?

Approved vendors attend through a paid Vendor VIP Pass. This is an intimate summit built around discussion, with no booths, badge scanning, or lead capture. Sponsorship and scheduled partner participation are arranged separately. Contact our partnerships team to discuss those opportunities.
