Dale Brown is Global Head of Growth for AI Solution Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he helps drive enterprise AI strategy, commercialization, and adoption. His responsibilities include leading HPE’s global partnership with NVIDIA, connecting joint innovation and go-to-market execution with customers’ AI infrastructure needs. Dale’s background spans AI startups and global enterprises, with experience building sales organizations, developing strategic partnerships, and scaling revenue operations. He has worked directly with founders, investors, and boards on company growth, executive hiring, market positioning, and commercial strategy. His approach draws on hands-on enterprise sales experience, including negotiating complex deals in regulated industries and building partner ecosystems from the ground up. Previously, Dale served as Chief Revenue Officer at Pachyderm, which was acquired by HPE. He also held global go-to-market and strategic partnership leadership roles at Figure Eight and Appen, serving on the executive team that navigated Figure Eight’s acquisition by Appen. Earlier roles included Vice President of Sales at Wallaroo and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Bitnami. Across these positions, his focus has remained on translating technical innovation into commercially viable products, building effective teams, and creating the operating structures needed for sustained growth.
